WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IF IN THE TORONTO AREA?

Orders can be picked up in the Avenue Road & Wilson area. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

HOW LONG UNTIL THE ORDER IS RECEIVED IF DELIVERED?

Most items take 7-10 days from date of receipt to be ready for pick up. This date occurs when we have received your order during business hours of 9am-5pm (EST) and your credit card has been charged. Those orders received after hours start the following business day. If being shipped, your gift(s) will be delivered 1-7 business days depending on location of delivery. We usually use our own courier service or Canada Post unless specified otherwise. <strong>Please note:</strong> it is best to provide us with an address where the package may be easily delivered during business hours. We can only deliver to street addresses. No P.O. Boxes, please. Canada Post will not re-route packages once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to incorrect addresses or are unclaimed by recipient. ***We recommend that customers let recipients know to expect their Sammyg*s package in order to avoid the order being unclaimed and returned to Sammyg*s or you may make a note asking us to let the recipient know in which case you must provide us with both their email address & telephone number. If there is a delay in delivery we will contact you. American and International clients are responsible for any applicable customs or tax charges –please check with your local customs office. Please note that we are currently unable to track all US small packet and International packages at the suggested shipping rates. There is a small possibility that this will lead to a delay in receiving your package.

COLOUR

In some cases, the colours of our products may vary slightly from those depicted on our website, as a result of small differences in dye lots and various screen monitors. We will contact you if we think there is a better choice available

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

When does my credit card get charged Visa and Mastercard ONLY! The credit card is charged within 24 hours of the order being placed. The payment information is sent to the merchant bank for processing. If the credit card is not authorized, we will contact you before we can process the order.

HOW DO I WASH MY SAVVY BLANKET?

All our products are designed for machine wash and drying. Fabric should not run or fade. However, it is best to wash blankets separately, in cold water (gentle cycle), lay to dry & then put in dryer for minimal time on low tumble dry.

SHIPPING COSTS

Vary according to postal code/zipcode and shipping method. Generally speaking these are the costs but we reserve the right to change due to Canada Post increases. Taxes & fuel surcharges are added to the price you actually see on the postage stamp on the parcel. We try to keep our shipping prices as reasonable as possible. Toronto parts of Thornhill & Scarborough $10 + hst Any major city in Ontario eg. Vaughan, Woodbridge, Mississauga, Newmarket, Markham, Oakville, Ajax etc. $12-13 + hst Quebec $12 if very small town $13 BC – $16-19 +hst AB, MB – $15-17 +hst

Please Note: Due to the changing economy and incurred costs all items are subject to price increases at anytime. In some cases, an additional charge may be incurred due to lengthy script or size of font.

RETURN POLICY

Due to personalization we do NOT accept returns. We require paper trails for all personalized items and if we have made a mistake that you have NOT confimed we will be happy to redo at our expense. This also applies to any non-personalized orders confirmed via e-mail. Gift Certificates expiry 1 year from date of purchase. No exceptions.

FOR PACKAGES ARE THERE USE OF VOUCHERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS?

There are no substitutions, no use of promo codes, memberships, in some cases additional charge for extra letters or words will apply. Please ask first. While quantities last. In some cases, we reserve the right for it to be all the same name. Packages are wrapped all together not separately. An additional charge will apply for wrapping separately. For Baby/Toddler/Kids & Adult Polar fleece Blankets It takes 2 weeks from your confirmed order and received payment date to complete your order and then 1-7 days depending on choice of delivery. We usually use our own courier service or Canada Post unless specified otherwise. Please note: it is best to provide us with an address where the package may be easily delivered during business hours. We can only deliver to street addresses. No P.O. Boxes, please. Canada Post will not reroute packages once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to incorrect addresses or are unclaimed by recipient. We recommend that customers let recipients know to expect their Sammyg*ss package in order to avoid the order being unclaimed and returned to Sammyg*s. If there is a delay in delivery we will contact you. American and International clients are responsible for any applicable custom charges –please check with your local customs office. Please note that we are currently unable to track US small packet and International packages. There is a small possibility that this will lead to a delay in receiving your package. Due to the personalized and made to order nature of our products we regret that returns or exchanges are not possible. Sammyg*s produces personalized blankets according to the information provided by the client and confirmed via email or fax. In the unlikely event that Sammyg*s makes an error when putting a name on a blanket we will take full responsibility for fixing the error in a timely fashion. The blanket must be sent back within 2 weeks of delivery in an unused condition. The client is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees. Please note our polar fleece blankets are handmade and although we strive for perfection, variations may be the result of these items that reflect love and warmth.
